The data trained into the AI Knowledge and Training features is attached to the original bot only; duplicating the bot won't move that data along with the copied bot. You must re-scan the website to have the data trained in the new bot.

To integrate it, enter the new bot, choose the Integrations menu from the upper-right corner, and proceed with the integration.
You must also fill in every Go to step block in the duplicated block. These blocks, when duplicated, will be empty in the new bot flow.
